The NRH offices at Tweed Heads and Lismore will reopen for pre-arranged appointments on Tuesday 11 March 2025. Due to continuing severe weather, the NRH Office in Grafton will remain closed until further notice.

NRH Office Closure Due to Severe Weather Event (4 March 2025)
As severe weather may be approaching the Northern Rivers region, NRH offices will be closed from 4.00pm on Tuesday 4 March 2025 until further notice.
If you are living in an NRH property, please stay safe, informed and prepared. Ensure you have:
- Flashlights and extra batteries
- Non-perishable food and bottled water
- Warm clothing and blankets
- A first-aid kit and essential medications
- A charged phone and backup power source
- Important documents stored safely.

Stay updated with official weather alerts at www.bom.gov.au. NRH also recommends that you download the Hazards Near Me app to receive NSW SES flood and storm warnings (Google Play| Apple App Store).
For any non-urgent tenancy or scheduled maintenance matters, our team will be in contact when the offices re-open.

Our office hours will remain unchanged (9 am–4 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9 am–1 pm Wednesday). There will be no change to our phone availability.

Retirement of Director Jan Mangleson (28 November 2024)
After 12 years on the Board, Jan Mangleson retired as a Director at the 2024 AGM held on 27 November 2024.
As Chair of our Property & Development Committee, she was involved with our development projects – “Rainforest Creek” in Goonellabah (2016) and “Millyard” in Mullumbimby (2022). As a Board member, she has also provided input for our current development projects in Casino and South Grafton.
As the Board representative on our Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, Jan was instrumental in the development of our Reconciliation Action Plan which was launched in 2019.
We would like to thank Jan for her dedication and commitment to our organisation and the many contributions she has made since joining the Board in 2012, and we wish her all the best in retirement.
