Northern Rivers Housing is an independent, local, not-for-profit housing provider. We manage quality long-term social and affordable housing for people on low and moderate incomes, accommodating all accessibility needs across the North Coast of New South Wales, from Tweed Heads to Clarence Valley.

Over 900 properties and over 1,700 tenancies

We are the largest Community Housing provider across the far North Coast of New South Wales, currently managing over 900 properties and 1,700 tenancies under a variety of housing programs, including quality tenancy management, specialist homelessness programs and responsive (temporary) housing.
As well as supporting those on lower incomes, some of our properties are managed in collaboration with community partners to serve the individual needs of community members.
