Affordable Housing
For low to moderate income earners who may not be eligible for social housing but face private rental stress.
Social Housing
Longer term housing for people on low incomes and in highest need. Applications are assessed through Homes NSW and rent is set in line with government policy and your household circumstances.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Purpose-built housing for NDIS participants with SDA funding in their plan. We work with you, your support coordinator, and the NDIA to match vacancies.
Community Village Accommodation
Short term, safe housing for those displaced after the 2022 floods.Â
Need emergency housing?
While NRH does not provide immediate emergency accommodation, we can help connect you with local services that do.

If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, we can support you to access Housing NSW’s Emergency Temporary Accommodation Scheme and other relevant services.
