The homes, delivered with our partners Anglicare North Coast, Moov Modular (based on the Central Coast of NSW) and Ardill Payne & Partners, will offer a life-changing opportunity, creating a thriving community for individuals and families in need of safe and secure housing.

As with our Casino project, this development has been part-funded by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice through its Community Housing Innovation Fund (CHIF), and further cements NRH’s reputation as a leading provider of New Generation Housing in this region. The project again demonstrates NRH’s ability to deliver innovative, large-scale developments using modern modular technology.

NRH has officially opened 40-50 Bimble Avenue, South Grafton and welcomed our newest group of tenants to their new homes.
