Introducing a More flexible, Community-Based Service Model

We’re evolving how we deliver our services across the Clarence Valley to better connect with the communities we support and to make our services more accessible, responsive and locally focussed.

As part of this change, we’ve transitioned to a micro-regional service model, delivering services more directly within the local communities that we serve. This includes the closure of our Grafton office, with no reduction to our presence across the region.

Our teams will continue to provide tenancy, asset and support services across the Clarence Valley through a combination of:

  • Scheduled Community Outreach Days where our team is available locally for face-to-face support and may be joined by other services to provide additional assistance.
  • Home visits and scheduled inspections.
  • Phone, email and online channels.

What this means for tenants

  • You will continue to have full access to our services.
  • Your Tenancy Manager remains your primary point of contact.
  • There is no change to how you request maintenance, make payments or get in touch with us.
  • You can connect with us face to face at regular Community Outreach Days in your local area.
  • We’ll keep you updated on upcoming Community Outreach Days via text and our social media channels.

If you are a tenant and you have questions about specific tenancy matters, please contact your Tenancy Manager directly.
