Completed in July 2026, Bluegum Way delivers 16 architecturally designed one- and two-bedroom homes in South Grafton, including two accessible units.

Designed with comfort, accessibility, sustainability and connection to place in mind, the architecturally designed homes are light, functional and welcoming. Features include air-conditioning, solar panels and natural ventilation to support comfortable, energy efficient living.

A central communal BBQ area provides a welcoming shared space where residents can connect with neighbours and build a strong sense of community.

Bluegum Way, was delivered through our New Generation Housing model, using modular construction to achieve greater speed and efficiency while reducing disruption to the surrounding environment. With the homes constructed offsite while civil works progressed, the development was completed just six months after commencing in January 2026.

Delivered in partnership with our siteworks and building partner, Moov Modular and with funding support from Homes NSW, Bluegum Way demonstrates an innovative and evolving approach to increasing housing supply across our region.

Residents have begun moving in and making these thoughtfully designed properties their homes.
