Does your child need extra support with Maths or English?
We have partnered with Thrive Learning Co (TLC) – a new initiative from ACE Community College – to offer free, curriculum based online tutoring for NRH tenants with children in Years 5-8.
NRH will also provide a refurbished laptop to eligible students who require one to participate in the online tutoring sessions – terms & conditions apply.
About the Program
Thrive Learning Co will deliver a 4-week online tutoring program in either Mathematics or English, designed for:
- Year 5 & 6 students
- Year 7 & 8 students
Through tailored teaching in small groups (max. 4), students strengthen core literacy and numeracy skills, build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed at school.

Program Details
- Starting: May 2026.
- Session timings: Weekdays, 4:00-5:00pm and/or 5:00-6:00pm.
- Delivery: Online via secure learning management system.
- Tutors: Qualified teachers with current NSW Working With Children Checks.
